The second wine of Domaine de Chevalier, L'Esprit de Chevalier offers expressive aromas of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, cedar, graphite, violet, and subtle spice. Elegant and approachable, it delivers silky tannins, vibrant freshness, refined structure, and a long, polished finish reflecting its prestigious Pessac-Léognan heritage.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, duck breast, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged Comté, braised short ribs, or roasted vegetables.
