Domaine Courbis Cornas Champelrose is a refined and structured Syrah from the granite slopes of Cornas. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, violet, smoked bacon, cracked pepper, and graphite lead to a concentrated palate with firm tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-laced finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, lamb chops, venison, duck breast, mushroom dishes, or aged Comté and hard alpine cheeses.
