Domaine Boussey Monthélie Les Toisières is a refined Pinot Noir from a clay-limestone vineyard bordering Meursault. Aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, violet, and subtle spice lead to silky tannins, bright acidity, elegant structure, and a long, graceful finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, duck breast, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes, barbecue, charcuterie, or Brillat-Savarin and Reblochon cheeses.
