Domaine Boigelot Monthélie Les Hauts Brins is an expressive Pinot Noir from a high-elevation vineyard bordering Volnay. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, violet, crushed stone, and baking spice lead to silky tannins, bright acidity, and a refined, mineral-driven finish with excellent aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with duck breast, roast chicken, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, grilled pork tenderloin, or Comté cheese.
