Domaine Boigelot Monthélie 1er Cru Clos des Champs Fulliot is an elegant Premier Cru Pinot Noir from limestone-rich slopes in the Côte de Beaune. Aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, violet, baking spice, and subtle earth lead to silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a refined, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with duck breast, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, or soft-ripened cheeses.
