Domaine Belargus Clos des Ruchères Monopole is a profound dry Chenin Blanc from a rare monopole vineyard in Savennières. Intense aromas of citrus, quince, white flowers, flint, and crushed stone lead to a concentrated palate with remarkable mineral tension, vibrant acidity, and exceptional ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, roasted monkfish, scallops, poultry in cream sauce, aged Comté, or wild mushroom dishes.
