Domaine Belargus Anjou Quarts Sec 2020 is a striking, dry Chenin Blanc produced from the prestigious Quarts-de-Chaume appellation in the Loire Valley, an area traditionally known for sweet wines, reimagined here into an exceptionally pure dry expression. Sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed vines rooted in complex schist and pudding-stone soils, it undergoes natural fermentation and extended aging in neutral oak barrels. In the glass, it shows a radiant gold color with intense aromas of quince, bruised apple, lemon peel, white flowers, wet stone, and subtle beeswax. On the palate, it is broad, concentrated, and deeply textured, balanced by laser-focused acidity and a long, savory, mineral-driven finish.
