Domaine Belargus Les Quarts is an extraordinary Chenin Blanc from the historic Les Quarts vineyard, the original site that gave Quarts-de-Chaume its name. Notes of quince, baked apple, citrus, white flowers, and wet stone unfold over remarkable minerality, vibrant freshness, and an exceptionally long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, roasted turbot, butter-poached seafood, truffle chicken, aged Comté, or rich mushroom dishes.
