About the Domaine Michel Gros Chambolle Musigny 2019
Domaine Michel Gros Chambolle-Musigny is an elegant Pinot Noir showcasing aromas of red cherry, wild raspberry, rose petals, and subtle spice. The palate is silky and refined with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, delicate minerality, and a graceful, lingering finish characteristic of Chambolle-Musigny.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, grilled quail, mushroom risotto, veal, roast chicken, or soft-ripened cheeses such as Brie and Camembert.
93 Points - Wine Spectator
Presents pure black cherry, blackberry and violet flavors, which permeate this sleek red. Linear in profile, with enough flesh for balance and charm. Tightens up on the long finish, which shows dashes of fruit and earth. Best from 2024 through 2038. 300 cases made, 45 cases imported.
