About the Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a bright, complex, and textural expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that opens with vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lime peel, white peach, jasmine, and fresh cut herbs overlaid with a distinctive sparkler flint and saline mineral character. The palate is sleek and mouthwatering, showing core flavors of pomelo, citron, and apple supported by a taut backbone of crisp acidity and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs brilliantly with fresh oysters, green-lipped mussels, goats' cheese crostini, sashimi, tuna carpaccio, or fresh green salads with citrus vinaigrette.

The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is textural and salty, savory and complex. I love this wine for its tether to place, but its elevation beyond it. It isn't overt in its styling, nor pungent in its aromas; it is classy—a sophisticated showing of the best attributes of the variety. 12.5% alcohol.
