Doc Swinson's Fruit Odyssey Ruby Port Finish Bourbon

Doc Swinson's Fruit Odyssey Ruby Port Finish Bourbon is a limited-release straight bourbon from the Exploratory Cask series, produced at MGP and matured for six years in #4 char American white oak before receiving an additional three-to-four-month finish in ex-Ruby Port casks. Bottled at 50% ABV, the Port finish layers bright fruit and floral character over the bourbon's rich caramel, vanilla and oak foundation.

Food Pairing: Pair with duck breast, glazed pork, aged cheddar, berry compote, toasted nuts, dark chocolate or fruit-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Fruit-forward and aromatic, with raspberry, white peach and plum complemented by honey, toast, caramel, vanilla and seasoned oak.
