Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask Reefer Madness Rye Whiskey is a limited-release American rye from the Exploratory Cask series, produced at MGP and built from two rye whiskey mashbills. The whiskey undergoes additional maturation in Doc Swinson's four-rum solera system before being finished in ex-peated Scotch quarter casks. Bottled at 53.2% ABV, this distinctive combination brings together the sweetness and spice of mature rye with rich rum-cask character and a smoky, earthy influence from the peated Scotch casks.

Food Pairing: Pair with smoked brisket, barbecue pork, charred steak, aged cheddar, roasted nuts, dark chocolate or caramelized desserts.
