About the Dixie & Bass Rose 2020
A premium Washington rosé wine displaying wonderful elegance and refreshment. The delicate nose opens with bright aromas of fresh wild strawberry, watermelon rind, and white peach, underlined by subtle mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and dry, offering an energetic beam of red berry fruit balanced by lively, thirst-quenching acidity that carries into a clean, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with fresh summer salads, goat cheese crostini, grilled shrimp skewers, or a casual poolside charcuterie board.
