Divin Aroma Moldova 500ml

Produced in Chișinău, Moldova, by the historical Aroma Distillery (founded in 1898), Divin Aroma Moldova is a classic representation of traditional Moldovan aged grape brandy. Crafted under the strict standards of the protected Divin designation, this spirit is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills from select local white wine grape varieties. The spirit is aged in seasoned oak casks, allowing it to develop a balanced maturity and an inviting amber color. It delivers an approachable, fruit-forward profile marked by dried fruits, mild floral undertones, vanilla, and gentle oak spice, serving as an benchmark entry in Moldovan brandy crafting.

Food Pairing: Dried fruits (apricots, raisins, figs), light orchard fruit tarts, mild creamy cheeses, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, or served alongside dessert.

Tasting Notes: Clear, bright amber-gold in appearance with copper highlights, a medium body, and clean, fast-moving legs.

Nose: Approachable and sweet, opening with ripe yellow apple, dried apricot, and raisin, followed by vanilla bean, sweet honey, and subtle oak wood.

Palate: Smooth, soft, and easy-drinking on the palate, featuring caramelized sugar and sweet grape nectar upfront before unfolding into dried fruit, light oak tannins, and subtle baking spice.

Finish: Medium in length, clean, and pleasant with lingering notes of sweet dried fruit, light vanilla, and soft wood spice.

Serve: Enjoy neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or cognac snifter as an after-dinner digestif, or over ice.
