The Dingle Bealtaine is a limited edition Irish whiskey that pays homage to the ancient Celtic solar calendar. This third installment in the 'Wheel of the Year' series celebrates the Bealtaine festival marking the end of spring. Tasting notes:
Nose: Sun dried raisins, sweet dates, and vanilla cream.
Taste: Dark cherries in syrup, nutty caramel, and velvety dark chocolate
Finish: Warm spice.
