About the Dillon's Vermouth
A savoury, aromatic dry vermouth showing herbal notes of rosemary, basil and chamomile alongside subtle almond and vinous character. Fresh acidity and a gently bitter botanical profile create a crisp, complex palate well suited to sipping or classic cocktails.
Food Pairing: Pair with fried calamari, oysters, olives, charcuterie, grilled seafood, herb-roasted chicken, salty cheeses, or Mediterranean appetizers.
