The Dictador 2 Masters Glenfarclas 1974 2nd is an approximately 45 year old rum from the Destileria Colombiana from Colombia. The rum, which is only available in a number of around 350 bottles, initially matured for 44 years in its home country in a whiskey barrel and was then brought to the Glenfarclas Distillery in Scotland, where it was matured for 14 months in a Glenfarclas sherry. Received the fourth filling barrel. The luxurious old rum is characterized by its smooth and rich character with aromas of gentle sherry paired with notes of orange and chocolate as well as a hint of leather and cigar boxes.
