Dewar's 15 Year Old Double Aged is a premium blended Scotch whisky created by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod, affectionately known as "The Monarch." It undergoes Dewar's signature "double aging" process, where carefully selected single malt and single grain whiskies—each aged for a minimum of 15 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks—are blended together and then returned to oak casks for an additional period of maturation to marry the flavors. This extra resting step results in a remarkably smooth, sweet, and floral whisky with exceptional balance and approachability, presented here in a large 1.75L format.

Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, mild soft cheeses like Brie, roasted almonds, milk chocolate, or light vanilla-based desserts.

Tasting Notes : Bright golden honey in appearance with a remarkably smooth, mellow, and medium-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Sweet and floral, leading with rich golden honey, ripe green apple, citrus peel, toffee, and delicate white floral notes.

Palate : Smooth, sweet, and perfectly integrated, featuring flavors of exotic tropical fruits, green apple, vanilla caramel, and honey, balanced by a gentle touch of toasted oak and soft warming spice.

Finish : Medium-length, warm, and exceptionally smooth, leaving a lingering sweetness of floral honey and soft oak.
