About the Derose Nicks Zinfandel
A premium California red wine bursting with powerful aromas of wild blackberry compote, dark plum, and warm baking spices. The bold, full-bodied palate is intensely concentrated and heavily extracted, balancing rich flavors of dark berries, cracked black pepper, and subtle sweet oak across fine tannins and a long, warming finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs magnificently with barbecue beef brisket, slow-cooked ribs, grilled venison steaks, or strong, mature cheeses.
