About the Derose Cabernet Franc
A premium California Cabernet Franc displaying rich extraction and exceptional viscosity. The nose opens with inviting red fruit and earthy undertones blended with subtle touches of oak. On the palate, it delivers deep notes of cherry, leather, and cedar, framed by bright acidity and a satisfyingly long finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with roasted pork loin, grilled lamb chops, rosemary-rubbed duck breast, or hearty beef stews.
