About the Delas Freres Ventoux Rouge
A generous Southern Rhone red showing ripe blackberry, raspberry, plum, pepper, licorice, and warm Mediterranean spice. Grenache provides supple fruit and richness while Syrah contributes structure and savory depth, creating a balanced, approachable wine with freshness and a smooth finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled meats, beef stew, sausages, roast lamb, charcuterie, wild game, Mediterranean vegetables, or semi-hard cheeses.
