The Pale & Dry from Delemain is an XO made from grapes grown in the Grand Champagne region of Cognac in France. Delamain Pale & Dry was first released in 1920. The current bottling remains similar in style to past releases of The XO Pale & Dry, except that the ABV has been increased from 40% to 42%.
