Sourced from the unique, low-vigor soils of the Remolinos Vineyard in Agrelo, situated over 3,500 feet above sea level, it undergoes pre-fermentation cryo-maceration and unique malolactic fermentation inside 600-liter French oak barrels. In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby color with complex, signature varietal aromas of blueberries, fresh mint, espresso, pine cones, and dark chocolate.
