Sourced entirely from the sustainably farmed Remolinos Vineyard in Alto Agrelo, which sits at an elevation of 3,500 feet, this wine is named after the tiny whirlwinds ("remolinos") that naturally keep the canopy dry and healthy. In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby color with brilliant violet undertones. The nose opens with an intense, lifted bouquet of fresh blackberries, wild blueberries, and dark plum, intricately layered with notes of cacao dust, lemon zest, sweet spices, and the estate's signature violet floral aromas.
