Sourced entirely from the sustainably farmed Remolinos Vineyard sitting at 3,500 feet above sea level, the vines are planted on gravel-rich alluvial soils and nurtured by hand. This high altitude ensures warm days and distinctly cool nights, imparting fresh natural acidity and intense aromatic focus. In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with violet reflections. The highly expressive, classic nose opens with bright aromas of fresh cassis, red cherries, and dark wild berries, masterfully woven with sophisticated undertones of cedar wood, graphite, and subtle spicebox notes reminiscent of traditional Bordeaux style. On the palate, the wine is medium-to-full-bodied, leaning toward refinement and poise rather than overwhelming power.
