Finca Decero Remolinos Vineyard Amano 2016 is an exceptionally structured, layered, and deeply elegant single-vineyard icon red blend from the Remolinos Vineyard located in Alto Agrelo, Mendoza. As the estate's flagship offering, it celebrates a meticulous "by hand" philosophy, pulling from the most distinctive plots grown at an impressive altitude of 3,500 feet. The cooler 2016 vintage imparts a striking natural acidity, exceptional poise, and an ethereal complexity that beautifully frames its blend of 63% Malbec, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, and 3% Tannat. On the nose, it unveils an expressive bouquet of ripe dark plums, black cherries, and sweet violets, masterfully intertwined with undertones of dark chocolate, cedar wood, graphite, and exotic Asian spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, dense, and remarkably silky, seamlessly balancing its powerful concentration of black fruit with fine-grained, integrated tannins. Matured for 20 months in new French oak barrels and aged for an additional year in the bottle before release, it concludes with a long, muscular, and perfectly balanced finish.
