Death Whistle Reposado Tequila

Death Whistle Reposado Tequila is a visually striking and uniquely themed 100% blue Weber agave spirit produced in the historic Lowlands region of Jalisco at NOM 1439. Inspired by the haunting, ancient Aztec ceremonial "death whistle" used in religious rituals, this tequila is crafted using traditional methods and aged for several months in oak barrels. The wood maturation beautifully rounds out the rustic, earthy notes typical of Lowland agaves, creating a smooth and sweet spirit with an intriguing, dark character.

Food Pairing: Charcoal-grilled carne asada, spicy pork tamales, dark chocolate truffles, or artisanal mole chicken.

TASTING NOTES Pale straw gold with rich clarity and a smooth, medium-bodied, and gently warming mouthfeel.

NOSE Forward aromas of roasted agave and soft wood smoke, neatly interlaced with hints of vanilla fudge, honey, and subtle vegetal herbs.
