About the De Grendel Shiraz Elim 1.5L Magnum
Bold and full-bodied, the wine layers blackberry and dark fruit with floral notes of lavender and violet, fresh herbs and pronounced peppery spice. Rich fruit is balanced by structured yet polished tannins and well-integrated French oak, creating a complex Shiraz built with excellent ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Peppered beef fillet, roasted leg of lamb, lamb gyros, slow-roasted game and pork shoulder.
