About the De Grendel Shiraz
Ripe plum and blackberry are layered with pepper, mocha and warm spice, supported by silky tannins and integrated oak. Full-bodied and persistent, the palate carries its dark-fruited intensity into a long, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Chargrilled lamb chops, pepper-crusted steak, smoky barbecue ribs, rich beef stews, venison and aged cheeses.
