About the Dassai '45' Junmai Daiginjo 1.80L
To craft the ultimate Junmai-Daiginjo sake, we polished down Yamada-Nishiki rice to 23%. Delivering delicate floral aromas with a palate reminiscent of honey and an elegant lasting finish.
We have donated a portion of the sales of Dassai 23(1.8L/100yen, 720ml/50yen, 300ml/20yen, 180ml/15yen) to support medical professionals working on the front lines of COVID‑19.
From October 2020 to September 2021, this initiative enabled us to donate 37,664,955 yen to the Japan Medical Association, supporting those who tirelessly cared for patients during the pandemic.
We remain committed to continuing our support for those who dedicate themselves to protecting people’s health.
