Darroze Collection Unique Domaine de Pouillas 2002 Bas-Armagnac is a vintage Armagnac from Domaine de Pouillas in Le Frêche, selected by Darroze for its Collection Unique. Produced by Duporté entirely from Baco grapes, it was continuously distilled in 2002 and matured in regional oak before bottling at 49.5% ABV. Bright and fruit-driven, it combines quince preserves, dried apricot and candied orange peel with lightly toasted bread, brioche and gingerbread, supported by lively structure and silky tannins.

Food Pairing: Duck confit, foie gras, aged Comté, apricot tart, quince paste, orange cake, gingerbread, toasted almonds, and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Clear golden colour with an expressive fruit-forward profile, balancing candied fruit and dried apricot with citrus peel, lightly toasted bread, brioche and gingerbread.
