Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old is a highly celebrated, remarkably gentle Highland single malt Scotch whisky that serves as a classic representation of its region. Produced at one of the highest and coldest operational distilleries in Scotland, the extreme alpine conditions dynamically slow down the maturation process, yielding a spirit of exceptional purity and elegance. The whisky is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured for fifteen years in hand-selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. This patient aging process creates an incredibly clean, crisp, and smooth flavor profile, beautifully marrying soft heather honey sweetness and delicate orchard fruits with a faint, wispy hint of Highland peat smoke.

TASTING NOTES - A bright, straw-gold color with a light to medium-bodied, remarkably smooth, and clean mouthfeel.

NOSE - Aromatic and sweet with prominent notes of fresh heather honey, crisp green apples, and ripe pears, balanced by soft vanilla, citrus peel, and a very subtle touch of wood smoke.

PALATE - Exceptionally gentle and sweet on the tongue, delivering flavors of creamy vanilla fudge, golden syrup, and poached fruits, followed by light malted barley and a delicate, warming touch of nutmeg and cinnamon.
