The Dalmore Cask Curation Series The Port Edition is an exceptional collection of three rare Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, celebrating The Dalmore's longstanding partnership with Graham's Port of Portugal. Limited to just 150 sets worldwide, this luxurious release brings together 27, 30 and 43 Year Old single malts, each initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in carefully selected Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port casks from 1997, 1994 and 1952 respectively. Presented in a bespoke Italian-crafted leather case, the collection showcases the extraordinary influence of rare Port casks on The Dalmore's signature character, offering remarkable depth, elegance and complexity.

Food Pairing: An exquisite accompaniment to dark chocolate truffles, roasted hazelnuts, aged cheeses, fig preserves and refined desserts featuring caramel or dried fruits. The collection is equally suited to contemplative sipping without food.
