About the Daishichi Kimoto Umeshu 720ml
Rich and harmonious, with fragrant young plum, juicy ume and green apple-like notes layered over a deep savoury undertone. The palate balances elegant sweetness with refreshing plum acidity, while the Junmai Kimoto sake base adds rounded umami and a mellow texture before a long, clean finish.
Food Pairing: Black cherry pie, Camembert, fruit desserts, cheesecake, dark chocolate and other rich, gently sweet desserts.
