This 21 year old Dailuaine was matured full term in Spanish sherry casks before bottling at 54.3%.
Matured life-long in Spanish ex-sherry casks. Long maturation imparts robust, fragrant flavour and creates generous mouthfeel. Luxuriously layered, and with powerful depths, marbled notes of dried fruit, baked apple and chilli pepper roll across the tongue. And only a fortunate few will get to experience such a truly exquisite and one-off release.
