Produced in Moldova by the legendary Barza Albă distillery (located in Bălți and established in 1944), Dacia 25 Year Old Divin is an ultra-premium, extra-aged Moldovan brandy presented in a 500ml bottle format. Operating under the strict regulations governing Divin (the protected designation for traditional grape brandy produced in Moldova according to cognac methods), this expression belongs to the highest category of quality: DVFV (Divin Cu Vechime Foarte Mare), designating spirits aged for a minimum of 25 years. Crafted from double-distilled local white wine grape varieties in traditional copper pot stills, the eau-de-vie is aged for a quarter-century in native oak barrels. Over 25 years of slow oxidation, the spirit acquires a striking mahogany hue, profound complexity, and a smooth, velvet texture defined by rich rancio, dark dried fruits, noble oak wood, and chocolate notes.

Food Pairing: High-percentage single-origin dark chocolate, aged cheeses, dark berry preserves, walnuts, roasted almonds, or paired alongside a fine vintage cigar.

Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany and dark amber in appearance with brilliant copper and gold highlights, displaying exceptional density, a rich full body, and extremely slow-moving tears on the glass.
