DAB Maibock 500ml is a traditional German Heller Bock (pale bock) brewed by Dortmunder Actien-Brauerei to celebrate the arrival of spring. Brewed in strict accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 (Reinheitsgebot), this strong, bottom-fermented lager boasts an elevated alcohol content yet remains incredibly smooth and approachable. It features a rich, robust malt backbone that delivers deep bready and toasty characteristics, beautifully balanced by a crisp, delicate noble hop profile. The result is a bold yet highly refreshing seasonal lager that exemplifies classic Dortmund brewing expertise.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork knuckles (Schweinshaxe), traditional German bratwurst, soft baked pretzels with mustard, hearty meat stews, and rich, semi-hard cheeses like Gouda or Emmentaler.

Tasting Notes : Rich, clear golden-amber in appearance with a persistent frothy white head. It delivers a smooth, medium-bodied, and highly drinkable mouthfeel that effortlessly balances its elevated alcohol content.

Nose : A malt-forward and highly inviting aroma featuring warm sourdough bread dough, sweet grain, and lightly toasted biscuit, followed by a delicate, earthy hop presence.
