Crafted by the pioneer of natural biodynamic winemaking in Slovenia, Marijan Keltis and his family, Keltis Cuvée Extreme is a remarkable, unpasteurized, and unfiltered orange/amber wine produced in the Bizeljsko region. Made through extended skin contact and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak vessels, this natural wine captures the pure essence of low-intervention viticulture with no added sulfur.
