Crafted in Cramant, one of the most celebrated Grand Cru villages in Champagne’s famed Côte des Blancs, Champagne P. Lancelot-Royer 'Cuvée des Chevaliers' Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut is an exquisite grower Champagne that embodies pure chalk-driven minerality and artisanal precision. Produced by the historic house of P. Lancelot-Royer—a boutique récoltant-manipulant estate—this cuvée is sourced exclusively from 100% Chardonnay vines planted in the prestigious Grand Cru chalk soils of Cramant, Avize, and Chouilly. Named Cuvée des Chevaliers ("Cuvée of the Knights") as an homage to the chivalric history of the region, the wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to safeguard its pure fruit expression and crystalline terroir focus. Following bottle secondary fermentation (Méthode Champenoise), the wine undergoes extended cellar aging on its lees for 3 to 4 years before receiving a low, harmoniously balanced Brut dosage. The result is a luminous Blanc de Blancs offering vibrant citrus aromatics, refined autolytic complexity, and an airy, persistent mousse.
