Crafted by the historic Château Purcari in the Ştefan Vodă region of Moldova, Cuvée De Purcari White Extra Brut is a bone-dry, highly refined sparkling wine produced using the traditional French method (Méthode Traditionnelle) with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Sourced from estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards, this cuvée features a minimal dosage, allowing the pure expression of Purcari's unique terroir, crisp acidity, and crystalline minerality to shine through.
