Cù Bòcan Signature is a lightly peated Highland single malt Scotch whisky crafted at Tomatin Distillery in Scotland. Distilled in small batches during the winter months, this non-age-statement expression is matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and North American virgin oak casks. Each cask contributes a distinctive character, from creamy honey and coconut to rich treacle, warming spice and vibrant citrus. Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and without chill filtration, Cù Bòcan Signature offers an inviting balance of delicate smoke and expressive sweetness.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, grilled chicken, aged Gouda, toasted almonds, pecan pie and milk chocolate desserts. Its gentle smoke and citrus character also complement roasted nuts and honey-glazed dishes.

Tasting Notes: A subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet Highland single malt featuring coconut, honey, citrus, milk chocolate, treacle, coffee, paprika, cinnamon and gentle peat smoke.

Nose: Coconut and cream mingle with fresh herbal notes, followed by delicate smoke, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, almond and aniseed.

Palate: Light and elegant at first, developing honeyed smoke, toasted almonds, cloves, cinnamon and star anise, alongside creamy coffee and chocolate.

Finish: Light and delicate, with a lingering hint of sweet smoke.
