Handcrafted from small estate parcels, this boutique Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon displays beautiful, old-school restraint. Savory aromas of blackberry fruit and dark licorice introduce a medium-bodied palate shaped by fine-grained tannins, balanced acidity, and a complex finish of dried herbs.
Food Pairing: Pairs spectacularly with charcoal-grilled filet mignon, rosemary-infused roasted rack of lamb, pan-seared duck breast, or a selection of aged, hard artisanal cheeses.
