About the Cricova White Brut Sparkling
Crafted by the historic Cricova Winery in central Moldova, Cricova White Brut is a vibrant, easy-drinking sparkling wine produced using the Charmat (Tank) method. By fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, this production method preserves the fresh, primary fruit aromas and crisp acidity of the grapes, resulting in an extraordinarily clean and refreshing sparkling wine.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, light aperitifs, seafood salads, sushi, creamy soft cheeses, fried appetizers.
