A clever pun on the family name (Subrin), 'Su'Brin' is crafted entirely from 100% Chardonnay grown on high-altitude slopes of clay-limestone and granite. Made using the ancient méthode ancestrale (Pét-Nat), the wine is bottled mid-fermentation without added sugars, commercial yeasts, or sulfur dioxide, allowing the primary fermentation to finish naturally in the bottle.
