Crafted in the southern region of Beaujolais, France, Domaine du Crêt de Bine 'Fury Jo' Pétillant Naturel Rosé is a vibrant, organic, and biodynamic natural sparkling rosé. Produced by the Subrin family at their historic, family-run estate in Sarcey, the winery has been fully certified organic and Demeter biodynamic for decades. Made from 100% Gamay grown on pink granite and clay-limestone soils, the vines are cultivated with deep respect for natural biodiversity. 'Fury Jo' is crafted using the ancient méthode ancestrale (Pét-Nat), where the wine finishes its primary fermentation naturally inside the bottle without added sugars, commercial yeasts, or disgorgement dosages (zero sulfur added). Named with a playful homage to Mad Max, this sparkling Gamay Rosé delivers energetic effervescence, pristine berry fruit purity, and refreshing minerality.
