Crafted in the cool-climate Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge of Walker Bay, South Africa, Creation Wines 'Elation' Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) Brut Nature is a world-class, zero-dosage sparkling wine of intense minerality and crystalline purity. Founded by Jean-Claude and Carolyn Martin, Creation Wines is celebrated globally for its sustainable, biodynamic-leaning viticulture and precision cool-climate winemaking. 'Elation' is produced using the traditional Méthode Cap Classique (second fermentation in the bottle), featuring a sophisticated blend of Chardonnay for vibrant citrus elegance and fine structure, complemented by Pinot Noir for texture and aromatic depth. Hand-harvested from high-altitude maritime slopes where cool ocean breezes from the Atlantic prolong the ripening season, the grapes retain razor-sharp natural acidity. Following bottle fermentation, the wine matures on its lees for several years to develop rich autolytic complexity before being disgorged with zero added dosage (Brut Nature), leaving the pure, unadulterated terroir in full focus.
