About the Craven Pinot Gris
Craven Pinot Gris is a skin-contact Stellenbosch wine from Newlands Vineyard, where Pinot Gris grows on Koffeeklip soils. Fermentation on the skins extracts its distinctive rose colour and chalky tannins, while concrete maturation preserves freshness and purity. The result combines vibrant fruit, texture, gentle structure and savoury character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled salmon, seared tuna, roast pork, or mushroom risotto.
