About the Craven Grenache
Craven Grenache is a site-specific Stellenbosch red from the Newlands Vineyard, planted on rocky Koffieklip soils. Made entirely from Grenache, the grapes are destemmed and gently fermented before maturation in concrete. The result emphasizes freshness, purity and vineyard character, supported by an energetic, restrained structure.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with herb-grilled lamb chops, roasted pork tenderloin, or smoky eggplant.
