About the Craven Chenin Blanc
Craven Chenin Blanc is a site-specific Stellenbosch white from the Karibib Vineyard in Polkadraai Hills. Whole-bunch pressing, natural fermentation and maturation in concrete preserve freshness and purity. Weathered granite soils contribute a mineral, saline character, while vibrant acidity supports its textured, focused and savoury expression.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled prawns, lemon-roasted chicken, seared white fish, or creamy risotto.
