About the Craigellachie 13 Year Old
Craigellachie 13 Year Old is a robust and distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, known for an "old-fashioned" style that defies the region's typical light and floral characteristics. It is crafted using traditional worm tub condensers and oil-fired malted barley, which impart a signature "meaty" or muscular texture and a faint hint of sulfur. The whisky is aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks and is bottled without chill-filtration or added caramel coloring.
